I recently had the opportunity to text the Spot On Energy patches. They were simple to use, had no side effects and definitely helped increased my energy level. The only problem that I found is that the patches did not stick to my skin in the heat. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a natural pick-me-up. The price is reasonable for 16 patches.

i really like the fact it was an even keel effect. no "way ups or downs", just a nice steady flow of energy thru out the day. the only thing i like much was the sticky stuff on the back didn't always come off easily. other than that i think it is a really good product. i even bought some for my mother who was complaining of being tired all the time.
